The story

Jairo Arcila is undoubtedly one of the best producers in the country. We cupped his Gesha with Felipe, Jairo's son, at the shop in Lausanne in the summer of 2023. We were so impressed that we ordered a box on spot! This year, we picked his Pacamara Washed, very very solid on the cupping table.
The harvest takes place in several stages in order to harvest only the ripest cherries. Subsequently, it is Jairo's sons, Felipe and Carlos, who take care of post-harvest processing. Always a family story then. Once washed, the coffee cherries are dried in the sun for 14 days on raised beds.
