Ecuador El Alisal Estate, Batian Fully Washed. Third year sourcing from Ecuador, and second season from El Alisal. This is one of my very few personnal favourite, the outstanding dedication to bring the best quality without compromising balance and respect of their eco-system has been rewarded many times at national and international competitions.
