Since October 2019, we have settled in a unique space in the Flon district of Lausanne with the Grin brothers from Galerie Port Franc. At our house, no avocado toast, no pancakes and especially no flavor-enhancing syrups, sorry. We focus on our business: specialty coffee. We serve almost all our single origins in filter and espresso, on site and to take away. Bright, funky or boozy… this is the spot to discover the rich taste of this product!

Our shop in Flon is, in short, our lab open to the public (and yes, dogs are also welcome). This is where we test our latest batches before packaging them, where we develop extraction recipes and where we select future origins and batches for our listing.
